Can I mix flavours in one order?
Definitely! If any flavour is in short supply, we’ll let you know before shipping.
Are your crisps diabetic-friendly or low-sugar?
We don’t add sugar to any of our products, so they should be suitable for diabetics or those watching sugar intake but always check the packaging first.
How long do your crisps last?
Up to 3 months unopened. We keep them natural, so once opened, enjoy them within a few days for peak crunch.
Why do you recommend pre-ordering?
We make our crisps fresh for each order:
Large event orders → Order 1–2 weeks ahead.
Small orders → Order 5–7 days ahead.
We’ll notify you the moment they’re dispatched, then they should arrive in 2–3 working days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes, for orders between 10 kg and 20 kg, we offer next-day delivery by 1pm for an additional charge.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you’ll receive a notification when your order has been sent, with tracking details when available.
Do your crisps contain palm oil?
No, we only use clean sunflower oil.
